Embedded content from other websites
YouTube: We use the provider YouTube, a service of Google, to embed videos.
We receive through the YouTube cookies statistical values on the retrieval of individual videos embedded in the website without a reference to the respective user.
Google Web Fonts: Google web fonts are used to improve the visual presentation of various information on this website. The web fonts are transferred to the browser’s cache when the page is called up in order to be able to use them for the display. If the browser does not support Google web fonts or prevents access, the text is displayed in a standard font. When the page is called up, no cookies are set on the website visitor. Data transmitted in connection with the page call is sent to resource-specific domains such as fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com. This transmits which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the end device of the visitor to these Internet pages is also stored by Google. It is not associated with data that may be collected or used in connection with the parallel use of authenticated Google services such as Gmail.
You can set your browser so that the fonts are not loaded from Google servers. Information on the privacy terms of Google Webfonts is available at: https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq#Privacy General information on data protection is available in the Google Privacy Center at: http://www.google.com/intl/de-DE/privacy/.
Google Tag Manager: We use Google Tag Manager. This allows us to manage website tags via an interface and thus, for example, integrate Google marketing services into our online offering. The Tag Manager itself does not process any personal data of the users. For the respective Google services, please refer to the respective notices and usage guidelines at https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.
To our knowledge, user data is used by OpenStreetMap solely for the purposes of displaying the map functions and temporarily storing the selected settings. This data may include, in particular, IP addresses and location data of users, which, however, are not collected without their consent (usually executed within the settings of their mobile devices).
Litespeed Cache: This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration.
Who we share your data with
We only pass on data to third parties if we are legally obliged and/or authorized to do so in individual cases.
In some cases, we use external service providers as part of our legitimate interests with regard to analysis, optimization and economic operation of the online offer. This always requires that the third-party providers of this content, perceive the IP address of users, because without the IP address they could not send the content to their browser. The IP address is thus necessary for the display of this content. Third-party providers may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also “web beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. The “pixel tags” can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may further be stored in cookies on the user’s device and contain, among other things, technical information similar to log files. We list our service providers below.
If your data is to be used for other purposes, we will inform you in advance and only use the data if you have given your express prior consent.
Under certain circumstances, the website may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
How long we retain your data
If we have not provided storage information on the specific points, the following applies: We store personal data for the duration of the respective statutory retention period or as long as the purpose of the collection exists. After expiry of the retention period, the data is routinely deleted, unless it is necessary for the initiation or performance of a contract. If user data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing is restricted as far as possible. Accordingly, the data will be blocked if possible and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to user data that must be retained for reasons of commercial or tax law.
What rights do you have over your data?
You have a right to information about the personal data stored by us about you. According to the legal provisions, you also have the right to correct incorrect data, blocking, data portability and deletion of your personal data. To do this, send us an e-mail with the subject “Data protection”.
If you have given your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. This does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
You may object to the future processing of your personal data in accordance with the legal requirements at any time. The objection can be made in particular against the processing for purposes of direct advertising.
Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
